My booking transaction failed but my credit card has been charged multiple times.
Multiple times I have attempted to book several trains for July 2016 for 2 adults. The transaction has failed every time but my credit card has now been charged (a total of $1,530.59 over 6 transactions). The website is extremely frustrating to navigate and I would like to book these as soon as possible. Please help me fix this issue.
