Pending Order, Authorizaton Hold (urgent)
I tried to book tickets online but I received an email says "ItaliaRail.com was unable to confirm the reservations for your recent order. Your credit card has not been charged. Please contact us at (877) 375-7245 so we can complete your order and confirm your reservations."
But when I look my credit card details, there is an a uthorization hold which withdrawed from my credit balance. I called the bank they said it is a successful payment.
What should I do now?
