Unable to activate ItaliaPass/ Order#: TRE609618
I booked some train tickets yesterday - Order#: TRE609618. Could you please tell me if I needed to buy the ItaliaPass or is it not required for my trip? If not required, I would like to cancel the pass & request a refund.
Also, I tried to activate the ItaliaPass membership, but it does not accept my password, so I am sort of blocked here. I need to book more tickets but I am unsure of how to proceed. If I need the ItaliaPass, then I should activate the account & get any applicable discounts on the next booking, but I am unable to activate the account, so I cannot proceed.
