Order# TRE206058: Order requires "further action"
I tried to order a ticket, but I got the message, "You have attempted to complete an order which requires further action. We will contact you directly to complete your order. Your prices are not guaranteed until the order is confirmed" and I haven't received a confirmation e-mail. What do I need to do?
The reason you received that message is because the credit card you entered was declined. One reason is because the 3 digit security code on the back of the card does not match what the issuing bank has on file. I will be happy to attempt the card again, once I have the correct security code, or you can choose to rebook the entire order again. Please let us know what you would like us to do.
The security code should be 438. I must have typed it in wrong on accident. If you could just use the code to confirm my initial order that would be great!
Since you haven't gotten back to me since my last response, I assume you didn't try my credit card again. In that case, I'd like the cancel my initial attempt to order a ticket. I'll just try again.
