I have made a reservation for 2 adultes from Rome to Venice for march 27th. I have not received the electronic ticket. Please adivce.

Your order is in pending status, the creddit card did not confirm, I can either retry thre card and try to rebook you or I can cancel this order and you may rebook on your own
