About Verification of Electronic Tickets

Hi Kathy,I need to your helping.I will travel first time with ItaliaRail so I don't know the steps of processing.I bought some tickets in Italy for city-city(All of them Electronic Tickets).Than I received an e-mail for verification.HERE:

I replied this e-mail but I haven't taken any mail yet.What must I do???
