My name is Vivienne Skinner and I have tried to buy 2 tickets for tomorrow mornings 18th of July 2014, 10.20am train (number 9520) departing from Roma Termini to Milano Centrale. I purchased business class 2 adults and have been asigned seat numbers 13a, 11b for the fare of $337.00. However when I tried to complete the purchase the site tells me to "your order is processing..thank you for your patience. Please do not refresh your browser." I have waited all day and still the order is being processed.
What should I do? Are my tickets confirmed or not?
