I have not received confirmation for some of my train travel
Kathy e-mailed me last week to ask if I would like her to rebook the non confirmed train journeys as I have been charged for them. I have asked her to rebook and send me the confirmation/details/PNR but as of yet nobody at ItaliaRail has got back to me. I made this booking last Thursday and have sent various e-mails. Could somebody at ItaliaRail please get in touch as I am concerned that I will miss out on the train journey I selected.
