I tried to check out and got a message that the credit card was invalid. When I called the credit card company they said the charge had already been approved and I can see the charge on my account as well.
So to summarize I have been charged for the tickets but never received the tickets.
I tried to reach the customer service for 3 hours and even left voicemail with no luck.
Please help me sort this issue out and clarify if I need to buy the tickets again by calling the credit card company and canceling the current charge or would I get the confirmation of my ticket ??
