You would need to price out the cost of the pass based upon how many actual days of travel you will be doing and add in the seat reservation fees which are not included and are mandatory on all high speed trains, vs the cost of point to pint tickets.

Bari – Corfu (Greece) (crossings during summer only)
Ancona – Igoumenitsa (Greece)

Ancona – Patras (Greece)
Bari – Patras (Greece)
1 st class: Free airline-type seats or dormitory*.
2 nd class: Free economy seating.
Eurail pass holders with a pass valid in Italy or Greece get a 30% discount on these routes.
*Dormitories are not available on ferries that operate on the routes:
Patras (Greece) – Igoumenitsa / Corfu (Greece) – Bari (Italy)
Bari (Italy) – Igoumenitsa / Corfu (Greece) – Patras (Greece)

Bari is a 4 hour train ride from Rome. From Bari’s train station, take bus 20 to the ports. Ancona is a 3 hour train ride from Rome. From Ancona's train station, take bus 1 or 4 to get to the ferry terminal.
