I'm sorry, If your PNR is completely non refundable that is Trenitalia's rules not ours, we do not set the fare rules we just have to abide by them. It doesn't matter if it's 10 minutes or it's 2 hours after you booked unfortunately. The only thing you can do is apply for refund directly from Trenitalia, we can send you the application if you wish but we cannot guarantee a refund, Trenitalia can take up to 6 months to respond to a refund request, they will contact you through your email address you supplied in the order and they do not include italiarail in the refund process or decision.
Please advise if you wish the form for refunds
