Hello, can you cancel my pending order from Florence to Rome so I can re-book it asap?
The transaction didn't complete saying "You have attempted to complete an order which requires further action. We will contact you directly to complete your order. Your prices are not guaranteed until the order is confirmed"
Can you cancel it so I can try again?
I'm leaving in 3 days so I'll appreciate it if you let me know as soon as possible.
