You should put the start date you are actually using the pass, you can submit with a different country code, the pass will ship tomorrow if you book it before 3pm est time tomorrow, which means it will get there by Thurs or Friday per DHL. If you don't get your pass you will need to make sure it gets back to us in order for us to refund it, we cannot refund without the pass back in hand. Eurail charges a 15% cancel penalty, we do not charge any penalty.
