I am processing orders and have come across your as pending declined nothing is being held or confirmed. Our system is indicating that the billing information you provided does not match the information on file with the issuing bank. if you would like I can retry your card or input another credit card, but we will need the correct billing information for the card, as well as the cvv number again.
Please advise if I can be of any assistance,
