I've sent you an email and responded to your question in the email format. Your order is in pending declined status, your card declined. We can either cancel the ticket or charge the card again.

I've cancelled the pending order for you, your card was never charged, there was no error message indicating why, but if you included accent marks in your billing address at all that would be why.
