I sent you an email last week to let you know the ticket is in pending declined status which means your card declined. We can either retry the card--we will need the CVV code--or I can cancel the order and you may retry.

thank you for replying our inquiries :) if its not too much trouble can you help uscancel the order? ithink there is a problem with my card. we will order again from italia rail using another card.
