Did you recieve a confirmation e-mail? I would need your order number from the e-mail, or your name or e-mail address to look up your order. Please be sure to check your spam folder, as the e-mails sometimes get caught up there.

Yes, absolutely, I have the confirmation printed out. Our order is TRE299475. Jeffrey Pliskin (2 separate tickets purchased, each for two people). One was to have been delivered via USPS, the other via e-ticket. I have received neither, nor any other correspondence since I purchased my tickets.

I have to apologize your pass was missed. We can send it out to you to an overseas address, at our expense of course. It won't go out until Monday so we would need your address on Wednesday.
Another option is that we would refund you your purchase price and you can purchase the pass there.
Please advise how you would like us to continue, and let me apologize again.

I just spoke to your colleague and she is arranging for the printed ticket to be express mailed to our hotel in Lake Como. She also e-mailed me again the e-ticket, which I've printed. So, we're all set. Thank you SO much for rectifying this so quickly!
