Your system has a glitch, each time I enter in a date of travel it gives me trains for the following day. I need to travel on June 19, 2013. So If I put in that date it gives me trains for the 20th of June. In order to get the correct date I need to travel I need to put in June 18th on your calender. I had usually got it right, however on this one I did not. And it would not have been a problem but each time I click to book the stated fair and enter all the data and confirm, your system tells me that the Price has changed, so I cancel and go back and try it again. In this case even if I click on the standard normal fare it changes, so I have to keep going back and recehcking and trying and enter all the data. So I accepted the fare change finally because I saw it was not going to be different. I then look at my email and see that the date of travel is the 20th of June. So again please cancel that reservationa nd refund the fare and try to fix your system in respects to date and fare changes after confirmation. I will rebook the correct date prior to your response. However, I expect nothing less than a complete refund. Thank You.
