I am seeing an order that has failed to process under this email address.
Given you are trying to book 8 trips in one booking, I am thinking the issue is the shopping cart may be timing out before you can proceed with checking out. The tickets are only held in the cart for 10-15 minutes.
I would suggest when rebooking to split up the tickets into two bookings, to prevent any timeout issues.
