Hi , my email is email@example.com.
Today I placed few rail-orders, the first time it says my previous order ....... is open and not completed. I tried to place again the order for twice with 2 different credit cards, and the problems are still there.
I found that many customers have this problem as well. Can you follow this one? I only need 1 of those booking, please cancel for 2 those are outstanding.
