No confirmation or booking number received after successfully booking the tickets
I have done booking on 18/01/2017 for 3 Adults + 1 child for Venezia to Roma for journey date 17/05/2017. The payment was executed successfully by card but I have not received any booking reference while booking also not received any email later.
During booking it was mentioned that when your booking will be confirmed you will get email.
Can you guide my booking is confirmed or not ?
