I am sorry, but we can never change the route of a train ticket.
PNR:U8SQ75 is also a Super Economy fare, which per the fare rules listed online, in the shopping cart, and on your confirmation emails, this fare cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
The ticket numbers you have also referenced are for a Regional train ticket, which also per the fare rules cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
