Did not receive any confirmation and E-ticket information
I have booked a ticket last night and received the message " Thank you for your order. We are experiencing a high volume of requests but will process your request shorty. When your order is confirmed, we will email you a copy of your order confirmation, receipt and tickets".
My name is: Xuwenxiao Zhou, and there are 4 more people that are traveling with me. They are Zhihan Lin, Shuyue Qi, Zhuotong Chen, Chien Cheng Wu.
Our train ticket is from Milano to Venezia S. Lucia at 17/12/2016 at 16:15.
