I booked four tickets last night and received the message " Thank you for your order. We are experiencing a high volume of requests but will process your request shorty. When your order is confirmed, we will email you a copy of your order confirmation, receipt and tickets".
I have still received no confirmation email, reciept or tickets! I am concerned that our credit card will be charged.
