When I search under the email address provided, I see one completed order for tickets with routes from Venezia > Napoli > Roma > FCO,
and one failed booking for tickets from Roma > Firenze > Venezia. The failed order came in as pending, and was auto-cancelled by the system.
No tickets were held or confirmed, your credit card was not charged, and no credit card information was captured for the cancelled booking.
You may rebook it if you wish.
