Than you for the PNR. However, this PNR is not one of our tickets, which leads me to believe that your agent purchased your ticket directly from Trenitalia. However, you should check with her to be sure that she purchased the tickets from Trenitalia directly. If the voucher was purchased from Trenitalia, you will most likely have to go to the ticket kiosk at the departure station and obtain the paper ticket from the kiosk there. Keep in mind that if this is the case, when you get the paper ticket, you will need to validate the paper tickets in the yellow box located on every platform. You will slide each paper ticket into the machine, it will be date stamped and you will take the ticket out of the box and board the train with the validated ticket. If you do get a paper ticket, and you don't validate the ticket, you can be fined on board the train up to 50 Euros per person, at the conductor's discretion. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
