Payment deducted but no seat availablity
I try to book ticket from Rome to Venice via Bologna. When i proceed checkout, payment was deducted, but no ticket allocated and error was "TRAIN #9412: 190 no seat availablity".
Please let me know, whether my money reversed by payment system? How to proceed?
