I am not able to locate any bookings. Is there another email address you may have used?
My card has been charged. Can you check this email address email@example.com
Your rail order is currently in Pending status. Our partner, train operator Trenitalia, has not yet confirmed the tickets. Any charges you may see on your card are a Pre-Authorization only.
As soon as Trenitalia is able to confirm your ticket(s), you will receive your email order confirmation(s), which include your electronic ticket(s). Any pending charge will be dropped off your card if the order does not confirm, and you will still receive an email regarding the issue.
We have still not received the confirmation and etickets.
