No tickets to email address
Today I ordered two tickets from Milano (Centrale) to Venezia Santa Lucia (for 10.12.2016 9:05), the payment amount is blocked on my card but I have not received any confirmation or tickets to my email address (email@example.com).
Please kindly advise, what should I do now - do I have to proceed to my bank for a chargeback?
