I booked for GBP84. I checked with card center, they said the payment has been proceed. Please kindly let me know what i need to provide for supporting. Thanks
I have found the pending order, and Trenitalia did not complete the order , they have a message unable to confirm,
the pending charge will drop off the Credit card as it has already been released on our end,
You may rebook if you wish
So can you confirm it did not charge my credit card. Because I called card centre, they said the payment has been done.
I am showing no payment on this order, I only see 1 order under GBP and it is not confirmed and there are no funds on it
