I am not able to locate any orders under this email address.
I did however locate an order for Michael Barsoum under the email address: email@example.com.
This order was pending, and auto-cancelled by the system, no tickets were held or confirmed and no credit card information was captured. Any charges seen would be strictly pending and will drop off.
Unfortunately, the issue is you are trying to book regional trains for 5 passengers, right now any regional train bookings for 5 passengers or more are not being confirmed by the train line, it is being worked on, but currently they will not confirm.
You will need to rebook, but split up the amount of people, the order should confirm if you do so.
