booked ticket but didnt receive the confirmation
i have booked two trips eight tickets each trip. on the same date Aug10 Milan to Venezia at 0705 am and from Venezia to Milan at 1720 on the same date, i received the confirmation for the first trip but didnt receive it for the return however the amount for both was totaly charged to my credit card. the first amount charged was 282.70, the second amount was 122.70.
today i went to the help desk at the station and they said we dont have your ticket and you can submit a refund. i am here by requesting you to refund my amount
