I booked a ticket from Firenze to Rome for 11th of August yesterday, but the ticket never came to my e-mail?
I booked the ticket from Firenze to Rome yesterday (9th of August), the money went from my bank account (47€), mut I never received the ticket to my e-mail. The train leaves from Firenze time 18.08 11th of August and arrives at Rome Termini time 19.40 the same day. I booked the ticket (standard) by my name Ella Kovanen, and my e-mail adress is email@example.com. This is all the information I have, because the order website kicked me out.
I really hope you could help me.
