I did not receive my italia pass and confirmation email
The other day I bought tickets from ItaliaRail site and also purchased ItaliaPass.
But after purchase I did not receive any confirmation emails, is it necessary? and also no ItaliaPass password.
I requested the password change from italiapass site but no emails yet.
