order number ITE234520
I tried calling and the number doesn't exist that was given to me in my email to confirm my purchase. Can we do that over the Internet, perhaps through email? So that we can have our tickets sent my email for tomorrow's departure
It says to call to confirm our reservation, but the number does not work, however I want the tickets I purchased for the rate j purchased them at- so can you please advise me on what I should do since I cannot speak to anyone over the phone to complete my order and confirm the reservation. Thank you!
Our phone lines are operational, we have been receiving calls all day, this order Trenitalia did not confirm as the fare you were trying to purchase was sold out and they refused the order, currently no trains or rates are held, you will have to rebook as there are no credit card details.
