"you have attempted to add a duplicate trip to your itinerary"
I have been trying to book a return trip to Rome from Fano this weekend and it is impossible. I have tried to book five times with different cards and it keeps saying either "order not found" or "unhandled expectation" or something to that effect. I then went in to try again and it said "you have attempted to add a duplicate trip to your itinerary" even though my cart was empty.
I received two emails last night, having made several attempts to book, asking me to call a number and quote my reference order. When I emailed customer service asking about this (as I do not speak Italian) they told me they could not confirm either of my orders and to try again. But the website is simply not allowing me to book.
If I just buy the tickets at the train station will it be more expensive? I am booking the tickets with the blue sign next to them saying "lowest price".
Any help would be appreciated
