No confirmation email - ordered 2 identical tickets
I tried to order 2 tickets Napoli - Bari but the confirmation page never appeared (the purchase was simply pending for about 10 minutes). Having waited and received no confirmation email, I re-attempted the order, which went through without issue. I then received two confirmation emails at once, showing I'd been charged twice for the same order (once on the pending order and once on the second order).
Please advise me how to cancel one of the journeys, as I only need 2 tickets and would not have re-ordered if I knew the first order had gone through.
