Today I went onto your website to book 3 people (including myself) from Florcene to Rome.
I put in all the information and credit cards and when I hit submit, the page just kept loading and loading (with the little spinning icon).
After 10 minutes it never refreshed.
At that point, I re-attempted the booking process from begining to end and this time it went through completely and I immediately received my booking details.
I looked at my email later and received a confirmatoin for the ORIGINAL attempt and the full charge to my credit card.
Had I known the original attempt went through I would not have booked the second time for the identical train, time, routing and people.
Confirmation 1 for 3 tickets Florence to Rome is: C52E7N
Confirmation 2 for 3 tickets Florence to Rome on the identical train/people is: C5XCTN
Can you please cancel and refund the original booking to ensure I am not charged 2x for the identical travel/people and I will use the second booking for travel.
I have tried to contact your customer service # but no one every answers!!
