The online payment system has error that makes me purchase double ticket.
I have the same issues. When I tried to order and have some problem with the cofirmation of the credit card, so I tried again for many times, it still didn't work. the website send me email to contact italiarail to confirm the order (ITE230973, ITE230976, ITE230977). But I have no phone in italia because I am a traveller.
So I go out to the station and buy the ticket at the ticket booth.
After that the credit card is confirmed and the website send me an order confirmation (ITE230998). So now I have double ticket
Can you refund the ticket for me because it was a mistake in your online payment system that makes the order take so long to proceed.
