Your rail order is currently in Pending status. Our partner, train operator Trenitalia, has not yet confirmed the tickets. Any charges you may see on your card are a Pre-Authorization only.
As soon as Trenitalia is able to confirm your ticket(s), you will receive your email order confirmation(s), which include your electronic ticket(s). Any pending charge will be dropped off your card if the order cannot be confirmed, and you will still receive an email regarding the issue.
As you had issues booking I doubt this will process, however I would suggest waiting until you receive an email regarding the booking, just so you do not run the risk of making duplicate orders.
