I wrote to you before requesting to cancel my order (which was booked accidentally and recognized immediately), and I would still ask you to reconsider crediting us if possible. We will be booking more tickets on italia rail - we just got the wrong ones. If there is any possibility of getting a waiver to make an exception, I would be truly grateful.
But also, it looks as though I was charged $19 for an Italia rail pass that I did not order. I would appreciate if you would refund me on the Visa card I used to make the purchase.
