Hi, I only received a confirmation email for the $5 service fee and none of my actual train bookings.
Hello- I just booked 4 trips totalling around $400 and I only received an email confirmation number for a 5$ service fee and none of my trips. My card has been charged the $5 service fee but I have not been charged for my trips. Please confirm the details of what has been scheduled so I will know if I need to schedule and purchase these trips again.
