NO orders were being processed through any Trenitalia vendor last night 7pm to 9am est this moorning, orders are finally getting through, if yours was processed you will get your confirmations, if Trenitalia was unable to process an email will be sent to advise, if you receive that email you should rebook your order, We apologize for the inconvenience however it was completely out of our control

Hi Beth, I am still awaiting for any response or email. Should I book my journey again as I have to travel ?

Hi, I have done a new booking and have received confirmation for the same.
If I get any updates regarding this booking( which after 48 hours most likely is timed out or missed, I would request you to get the request discarded )
