I am sorry, but I cannot change a ticket to a date that far out, I can only change as far out as a month.
I was able to cancel the ticket less the 20% cancellation penalty. The penalty is not ours but Trenitalias, so unfortunately I cannot waive it.
I have refunded your credit card less the penalty, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
You also have purchased an ItaliaPass savings membership in this order, do you wish to keep it? Or do you wish for me to cancel it as well?
