I have located a pending order under the email address: Ahodgson@vermontacademy.com.
It was stuck in the system as Trenitalia could not confirm it as they are having system issues.
No tickets were held or confirmed, your credit card was not charged, and no credit card information was captured.
No orders are currently able to process.
Hopefully their system should be back up and running soon, but I would not try rebooking online.
I would suggest purchasing the tickets tomorrow at the train station.
