Never heard back after first reply from Brittany on June 5 re: my request about retrieving tickets
After you responded to my inquiry on June 5, I never heard back from you and I never received a ticket confirmation.
Once again, I booked two tickets from Milano Centrale to Varenna-Esino on June 27. (depart Milano Centrale at 8:20 am and depart Varenna-Esino at 16:37 pm). I accidentally gave the wrong email address. The WRONG email address was firstname.lastname@example.org
The correct email address is : email@example.com
Could you please fix the email address and send the tickets confirmation to me today?
