Thank you for your email. Typically when you book your tickets on our website, we will typically issue e-tickets. Each confirmation we send you will either advise you to use the confirmation to provide to the conductor upon boarding the train, or it will advise you that you will input the PNR into the ticket kiosk at the departure station to obtain paper tickets. It will all depend on where you are travelling to and from.
