I am showing ITE213601 was an empty pending order that was auto-cancelled by the system.
It contained no tickets, your credit card was not charged, and no credit card information was captured.
However, I also see you have a confirmed order for the route you gave, which is order TRE719203, so the cancelled pending order was most likely just a duplicate of the confirmed order.
Please advise if you wish for me to resend the confirmation emails for the confirmed order.
