My booking failed but my account was charged 3 times.
On Monday 16 May I tried booking train tickets from Milan to Venice, but my payment was declined twice. I then tried to book from Naples to Pompeii and again the payment was declined. Now my account is missing around £195 and I do not know how to get it back. The email I used was email@example.com. Please could you let me know how I can receive the payment back as I am not getting tickets. Thank you.
