I have just purchased 3 train tickets (ITE215166) but an Italia pass was added to my order for 15 Euros. Please can you cancel the Italia Pass and refund me the 15 Euros, as I see you have done with other customers?
P.S. checkout process is a little bit misleading, as the final 'place order' button is below a total which excludes the value of the Italia pass, implying it has not been added; there is no option on this page to remove the pass.
